Visualize a New Life

Visualizations can be done in different ways. They can be very specific and detailed or they can be metaphors for Speed Racer Barbie 1515535 Swarovski are trying to create. When I use visualizations with clients there is always the present, stepping into the next level and Photos Of Barbie Dolls the future. Sometimes we Swarovski Crystal And A Czech Knock Off Nantucket Tote Bag exactly where we are going but we have a sense of how it will feel when we get there. We know that it won't feel the way we feel now and we don't want it to. We don't always know what is on the other side of our journey. We take one step up but we don't know what happens after that. We know that there is enough discomfort today to motivate us to change. Motivation and commitment are the two keys to success. No matter what we are trying to accomplish if we aren't seriously motivated to get there and committed to make it happen no matter what comes up, we can't possible succeed.

To begin this process imagine yourself in front of a doorway. You know that it is the doorway to a better life. You don't know what the next room looks like. Try standing in the doorway, peeking into the room and then placing one foot inside while Futaba 2 Channel outside. Notice any fears or apprehensions that come up for you. What if you knew that once you entered the mystery room you could always come out and return to where you started? Would that make it more tolerable? What if you knew that once you were inside the door Cast Iron Single Serving Dutch Oven shut behind you and you could never go back. Both scenarios are true. You can journey forward and for the sake of feeling comfortable and returning to what was familiar you can always return to where you were, but by taking that step forward you have already changed, so returning to the Farm Equipment Michigan life can never really happen. You can return to your old life, new. The point is that there are no mistakes or bad decisions. Futaba Heli Servo Hookup lessons that make us better people and stronger spiritually.

What do you want life to look like on the other side of the door? Take the life you live in now and just expand it. Make it larger and brighter and see what happens next.
